Personality:
Renata Grey has a slightly optimistic personality, but often takes things pessimistically based on her history. She doesn't like to share her life with other people, especially ones in the business. She is very closed off, and likes to be secluded from other a lot of the time.

She is naturally curious about others, sometimes. If someone strikes her as very interesting right away, a certain little spark will go off. She'll become excited, happy, and she'll have life in her eyes. But to entertain Renata in that way is difficult. Much in the way that your beating her is difficult. She hates to lose, and never will.
History:
Renata had a long, rough set of early years. It was a lot of moving, a lot of parental frustration, a lot of arguing about jobs and money. She was born in London, England to two natives of the place. She then moved to Russia at the age of five for several years when her father was transferred there for occupational reasons. When she turned ten, they went back to England for a year.

Her mother left them, wanting a stable life where not so much moving from place to place was involved. Renata believes that her mother just wanted to shirk her maternal responsibilities. Her father and her moved to New York City when she was eleven, and have been there for the past six years. He is stable at this position now, and will not be moving.

Renata was "discovered" by a photographer when she was fourteen on the streets of SoHo in New York City. He asked her if she had ever modeled, and she hadn't. She disregarded it, and went back to her normal life. If one could call it normal.

But then again when she was sixteen, she was asked if she modeled, by another photographer in New York. She decided that if two professional photographers thought that she could be a model, why not? Renata then began her search to become a model.
