babysitting! [open]

This should be easy, well at least that was what Raphael thought as he opened the door for Jessica and watched her leave. Then he noticed that he had no idea of how to babysit a three year old toddler, and when he opened the door of the second bedroom, he saw that Kaley was up already. She looked at him with her big, round eyes, and decided he will took her out for some afternoon walk. She giggled happily as he dressed her, then put her into the stroller. He packed a bottle of milk for the little girl and made sandwich for himself, then after left a voice message for his girlfriend to tell her where he was going--without mentioning the baby--he pushed the stroller out and leave to the beach.

It was a nice evening, he thought to himself as he pushed the stroller through the pedestrian near the beach. He smiled as he saw the little girl giggled to the passing strangers while the model put on his shades and also smiled to the passing people, enjoying the role of the little girl's father. He stopped pushing after a round, then held her up into his arm while he folded the stroller and put it into the car. Raphe then took her with him to the beach, where he took off their shoes and he held her hands as he helped her walk on the soft, warm sand.

Xia had nearly cursed out her boss today. And yes, we are talking about Rose Murray. She pissed her off. Usually her snappy attitude never came Xia's way, but today it did. Xia enjoyed touching up her own shots. She didn't send it over to the design team for them to do it, because she wanted to do everything. Well apparently Rose was in a rushing mood today, and asked Xia a thousand times why she wasn't done. Finally, she told the woman if she wanted them done by a specific time, she needed to to it herself. And wth that she got up from her desk and left the building. Would she have her job when she got back? Hopefully so. If not, freelance here she comes.

The photographer made her way to the beach, needing to clear her mind and relax. Maybe after she calmed down she'd go back to the Agency and speak with Rose like an adult. Maybe. When her heels sunk in the sand she groaned and pulled the boots off, holding them in her hand as she made her way towards the water. She loved when her feet got wet. It was so relaxing, and with the sound of the ocean it was like paradise.

She squinted her eyes, looking at the figure infront of her. "Raph?" She said to herself, confusion ringing through her voice. It kind of looked like Raph, but who was the kid? Was he not telling her something? She stood in place, as the man and the girl inched closer to her, trying to see if that was really her love, walking down the beach with a...little girl?

Raphael laughed as the little girl jumped every time the wave came; he gladly swing her around as she asked him to and picked her up to his shoulder when she wanted to reach the sky. He just spun them--her and himself--around when he caught the sight of a certain girl... his girlfriend. This made him stopped and looked at her, trying to find something to tell her--he didn't tell her that Kaley and her mother now stayed with him, and he didn't know how Xia would react to the news!

"Hello, love" he finally said as he offered her a smile. The little girl flailed her small hands around and Raphe put her down again, one hand still holding her much smaller hand while the other scratching his head. "Just back from work?" he asked, noting how the little girl hid behind his feet. This made Raphe turned and picked her up again, so Xia could have a better look of her.

"This is Kaley, my friend's daughter... I'm babysitting her for the night" he said, wondering how Xia would take that. He hoped she wouldn't get the wrong idea and think this little girl was his, because she obviously wasn't! She didn't even look like him, except that she had two eyes and one nose and one mouth... but then again most human being have those, too!

He had a friend staying with him? Why was she just now finding out? She wouldn't make a huge deal out of it. just would have been nice to find out that he had a new roommate a different way. Either way she was still happy to see him, and his little friend. She smiled and gave the little girl a wave. "Hi." She said with a warm smile.

"yes I just got off of work. Well... I kind of walked out." she said with a smirk. She was still a bit pissed off, but she was still proud of herself too. Someone had to stand up to that woman, and she was glad that she was the one to do it. "I kind of told off Rose and left. She was making me upset." She said, glancing out at the ocean. She was happy that she came out here. Especially since she ran into Raph. It was like all of this was planned out in some way she didn't know. It was weird how the world and fate worked.

Raphael smiled, a lot calmer now that he knew she wasn't going to murder him for keeping things from her... Or worse breaking up with him--okay that alone was enough to show how he needed to get his priorities sorted. Little Kaley chuckled when she saw the stranger waved at her and waved back to Xia, before giggled and began to wiggle her little feet around so Raphe put her down again on the sand. She sat on the ground and began to play with the sand while Raphe listened to Xia.

"Rose can be annoying sometimes" he agreed. Though most of the times Raphe got along well with her, there were still times when he wished someone could stand up and tell her what most people were too afraid to. He was of course proud of his girlfriend... No one would dare to do what he did, it was too risky. "what happened?" he asked, "she bitched you about deadlines?" Eight of ten causes of Rose's bitchiness was deadline-wise, that woman can't be helped since when she wanted something done in certain amount of time, it had to be. Raphe took Xia's hand and kissed her cheek.

"you know I'll always support whatever you do... If this cause you get kicked out, I will also resign from the Agency" he told her. It was hard to start new in another agency, he knew that, but he wanted to work where his love was.

Xiamora smiled at her lover and stroked his face. "Raph... don't be an idiot baby. If I get canned you have to stay. Continue your career. They've been good to you. Right? I dunno. Maybe I need to get out of there any way... I can't spread my wings like I want to there you know?" She sighed and lay her head on Raph's shoulder. "I dunno." Her eyes moved down to the little girl who seemed to be in her own little world enjoying the scenery.

"I didn't know you liked kids." She said, swatting his arm, just now realizing that he had a little girl by his side. They had never talked about children. Really wasn't a point of doing so. Xia had never really thought about children in her life. She couldn't really picture it to be honest. Her a family person? Not that children were terrible, but she saw herself as more of a free spirit than anything.

Raphael smiled as she told him he shouldn't leave with her if she leave the agency. She was right, they were always good to him, both Mr and Mrs Murray... And he was, in his opinion, too old to start new in another place. He hated to admit it but he too know she shouldn't just stay at the agency. She had to see the world and gain more experience--she was very talented, she shouldn't waste her talent in only one place like now.

"huh?" he looked at the little girl and grinned as he heard his girlfriend saying she had no idea that he liked kids. "Not really. My father died when I was very young, I grew up helping my mother raising my sisters... Naturally I'm used to take care of kids" he explained. Raphe enjoyed taking care of others, but to have kids of his own? He'd rather have goldfishes. At least they won't make too much noises, they won't take too much room, and they have low maintenance cost. And they don't use drugs or have to buy new dress or suit for proms!

"what's your plan for tonight?" he asked when he saw Kaley noticing an ice cream stand close by and started to tugged on his coat.

"Guess I learn new things everyday." She said with a soft smile, looking at her boyfriend. She was actually relieved that he didn't see children in his future. This meant that if their relationship did go further in the future, they could spend more time traveling and doing things together. She was happy thinking about this.

Xia laughed when she saw the girl tugging on Raphs coat. "She's excited about something." she said with a laugh. Ice cream was always a kids favorite treat. One of the ultimate things you could bribe them with. When she use to be around her younger cousins that would always get them to act right. Just say ice cream and they'd be at your beckoned call. Came in handy sometimes.

"I don't know. Nothing I guess." She took a deep breath. "I have alot of thinking to do."
